Download: Cool Blue
Cool Blue is the original Chevrotiere.com theme, back when Chevrotiere.com was a site about my go kart. The theme has nothing to do with go karts, but it is a nice white and light blue theme, with drop-shadowed blocks.

Download: Windows
I'm not sure if you will know what this theme is about, because of the extremely original title. Seriously though. It's exactly what you have in mind. The main content looks like a window inside of the browser, with a nice blue checkered 'wallpaper'. My favourite part of this theme is the search form at the top right, which I stole from Firefox.
